Supervisor, Creative Project Management (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Supervisor, Creative Project Management will join Disney’s Creative Marketing team to coordinate the production and delivery of campaign assets for series and films across Latin America. Working as the main liaison between press, marketing, social, design and production teams, the role ensures that all creative materials are produced on schedule and meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage campaign material requests, aligning delivery timelines with multiple internal teams.
• Receive, produce, and distribute assets, maintaining end‑to‑end tracking of each deliverable.
• Interpret creative briefs and communicate requirements clearly to production teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Press, Marketing, Social Media, Development, Design, Creative and Production stakeholders.
• Provide structure and clarity to workflows, facilitating smooth collaboration and timely execution.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in media, creative services, advertising or a brand communications department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Production or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
