Striker - Energy Drinks Sales

About the role

Red Bull's Sales teams cover its key channels, Off Premise and On Premise, so consumers can always find a can of Red Bull. The Striker role executes in-store excellence, develops the Energy Drinks category and implements company strategy across points of sale, including strategic planning, resource allocation and merchandising. It aims to improve execution KPIs and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Cover all agreed outlets at the right frequency in a cost-effective way, administer the territory and complete assigned calls.
• Maintain and grow Perfect Store databases covering availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, placements and messaging, and build relationships with store decision-makers.
• Manage orders so SKUs stay in stock and on display, and keep stock levels sufficient for continuous product availability.
• Secure the agreed in-store brand presence, ensure POS is correctly placed and up to date, and make sure promotions run from day one.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, implement head office agreements and follow merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, business administration, industrial engineering or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of market experience in consumer goods, with direct contact with market indicators and shopper behaviour.
• Commercial experience is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

• Analytical, logical, strategic and communication skills, with good time planning.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
