Strategy & Consulting Management Consultant/Analyst – Health

About the role

Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting – Global Network is looking for a Management Consultant/Analyst to join the Health Industry group. You will work on transformation projects for leading healthcare clients, combining data analytics, process design and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client deliveries, reporting and dashboard creation.
• Deliver global projects, collaborating with teams of various sizes.
• Perform data analytics, operating‑model design, value transformation and business‑case development.
• Work with healthcare data sets using analysis and visualization tools.
• Monitor and update project plans, ensuring clear communication.
• Drive governance activities for new workstreams.
• Act as liaison between clients, technical teams and different workstreams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Anthropology, Biotechnology, Medicine, Public Health, Bioinformatics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the health or consulting sector.
• Experience with data‑analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce or PMO environments.
• Advanced oral English proficiency.
• Desirable experience in business, system or process analysis and strong analytical skills.
