Start‑Up Manager – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Indero is seeking a proactive Start‑Up Manager to lead the activation of clinical trial sites across multiple countries. Working remotely from Argentina, you will coordinate all start‑up activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross‑functional teams to meet study timelines and sponsor expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end study start‑up process, including site selection, regulatory submissions, contracting, budgeting, and activation.
• Define start‑up strategy and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager and functional leads.
• Prepare and maintain a site activation plan that optimizes site and country selection.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve issues that could impact delivery.
• Monitor progress, address delays or risks, and report performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary liaison among all functions during the start‑up period.
• Lead client‑facing calls and act as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in clinical trial start‑up with demonstrated leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑country start‑up activities in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent project‑management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
