Staff Accountant

About the role

Curvion Blue is a high‑performance revenue operations and sales augmentation company that helps businesses build, optimize, and scale their revenue engines. The Staff Accountant will maintain accurate, timely, and well‑documented financial records across a high‑volume, multi‑company environment, supporting billing, revenue, payments and sales commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable records, process invoices, electronic payments and monitor vendor information.
• Create and distribute invoices, reconcile customer payments, and support collection efforts.
• Prepare and reconcile sales commission schedules across multiple brands and compensation structures.
• Process payroll and variable compensation, reconcile payroll activity and maintain documentation.
• Enter and reconcile credit‑card transactions, employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank transactions, monitor cash flow and produce cash‑flow forecasts.
• Own components of month‑end close, prepare journal entries, review P&L, and draft financial reporting packages.

Required profile

• Experience managing high‑volume accounting activity across multiple entities, customers, vendors or revenue streams.
• Hands‑on experience with sales commissions, variable compensation or commission reconciliation.
• Proficiency in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to investigate discrepancies independently.
• Comfortable working remotely, meeting recurring deadlines without constant follow‑up.
• Proactive communicator who flags issues quickly and suggests process improvements.
