Sr Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and driven Sr Lawyer to join our CAS Legal Team. This senior position offers the chance to influence key decisions, support business growth, and work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment within the telecommunications sector.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the negotiation and drafting of Master Lease Agreements (MLAs), Built‑to‑Suit agreements, Distributed Antenna System (DAS) contracts and related amendments.
• Negotiate and draft vendor agreements, communications, and amendments.
• Provide legal advice to all internal departments, acting as an in‑house multispecialty lawyer with deep telecom knowledge.
• Oversee and manage external lawyers and notaries.
• Advise internal clients (sales, finance, operations, property management, etc.) on key contracts.
• Support the development of new business contractual models.
• Prioritize tasks, manage a dynamic agenda, and coordinate external counsel to meet company deadlines.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Central, Andean or South (CAS) market; LLM in commercial or corporate law preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar senior role at a top‑tier law firm or telecom company.
• Proven ability to lead projects with little supervision.
• Strong background in legal document drafting, especially commercial agreements.
• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
