About the role

Huzzle is seeking a high‑energy Sourcing Specialist to join its talent acquisition team. You will strategically hunt for elite candidates, turning passive prospects into active applicants for both technical and non‑technical positions across fast‑growing tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and alternative databases for deep talent searches.
• Craft highly personalized outreach messages that achieve strong response rates.
• Screen and qualify candidates for cultural and technical fit before presenting them to hiring managers.
• Stay current with industry trends and sourcing tools to continuously improve workflow.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS for seamless handoff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist with a focus on talent identification.
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or HireEZ.
• Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced search techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data management and pipeline tracking.
