Solution Consultant

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Consultant to join its Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce Platform solutions, guiding customers through technical design, development, and deployment while ensuring successful enterprise integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to discover business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce Platform applications and integrations using middleware tools.
• Provide technical thought leadership and act as a domain authority for Salesforce solutions.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and drive issues to resolution.
• Participate in formal certification, internal training, and knowledge‑transfer programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technical consultant delivering enterprise‑level desktop, cloud, or mobile solutions.
• Strong background in enterprise integrations and middleware platforms.
• Ability to work with executive‑level stakeholders and influence technical decisions.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
