Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of technology solutions for medical affairs and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to create scalable, compliant, and innovative architectures that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural review and guidance for low‑code/no‑code medical affairs solutions.
• Advise on multi‑channel orchestration strategies across CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web, and webinar platforms.
• Review and recommend best practices for consent management of medical data and communications.
• Evaluate and guide the architecture of data platforms, reporting tools, and NLP services.
• Design integration approaches for Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct external SaaS architecture reviews to ensure compliance, scalability, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or architect position, leading a team of 5+ members.
• Participation in at least two full‑cycle projects covering multiple development phases.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Vault CRM.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level or higher) with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
