Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our architecture practice and lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise‑grade technology solutions. The role blends deep technical expertise with client engagement and thought leadership, ensuring robust production systems that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into actionable technology initiatives.
• Lead a team of technology subject‑matter experts and own end‑to‑end technology programs.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership and delivery teams.
• Design and present solution architectures for enterprise systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, API design, integration patterns, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and micro‑services.
• Evaluate technology landscapes to align with best practices and business goals.
• Guide selection of major solution components and develop program roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to ensure delivery of the final product.
• Produce thought‑leadership content and mentor engineers and architects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture.
• At least 2 years leading distributed teams of five or more.
• Hands‑on software development background and participation in full project cycles.
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent English (B2+).
