About the role

Dialpad is looking for an experienced and ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Buenos Aires office. The role focuses on building high‑quality, high‑scale web and desktop‑native applications that power the company’s AI‑driven customer experience platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high‑quality features across Dialpad's web and desktop‑native applications.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices, including unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Deliver features on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Take part in a rotating on‑call schedule to diagnose and resolve critical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experienced full‑stack software engineer with a passion for building high‑scale web and desktop‑native applications.
• Ability to own end‑to‑end feature development and drive architectural decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Proactive collaborator with product managers and cross‑functional partners.
