Sezzle is looking for a motivated Software Engineer II to join its Marketing & Mobile Engineering organization. The role focuses on building and scaling systems that power lifecycle messaging, attribution, content delivery, and in‑app experiences for millions of users. You will work in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment where your contributions directly impact subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across Sezzle’s marketing technology platform and mobile applications.
• Implement functionality for lifecycle messaging, attribution tracking, content delivery, and in‑app experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable products.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Contribute to growth metrics by building tools that enhance user acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving team and take ownership of projects.
