Software Engineer, GTM AI (Python)

About the role

Telnyx is seeking a Software Engineer to design and operate AI‑native backend systems that power its go‑to‑market (GTM) motion. You will build multi‑agent architectures that automate lead qualification, email generation, meeting routing, contact enrichment and outbound campaign management. The role focuses on end‑to‑end ownership from prototype to production in a Kubernetes environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, observable services that orchestrate LLM‑powered agents.
• Develop reliable integrations with complex business systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and external APIs.
• Manage stateful, multi‑step workflows while respecting rate limits, token budgets, cost targets and data quality constraints.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Technical Product Managers to translate product requirements into robust software solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of services, including iterative shipping, production debugging, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on building production‑grade systems.
• Experience working in fast‑moving, growth‑focused environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Integration of APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI‑driven automation.
