Software Engineer – Full Stack (Sell Core)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join Dialpad’s Sell Core team in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on building high-quality, high-scale web and desktop-native applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, with end-to-end ownership of significant features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality features across Dialpad’s web and desktop-native applications.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices, including unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Deliver features on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to diagnose and resolve critical issues quickly.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to build common components and improve system stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer building web and desktop-native applications.
• Passion for high-quality, high-scale software and ownership of feature delivery.
• Proactive collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions and tackle complex technical challenges.
