Software Engineer (AI Training) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to help train AI systems that generate code. You will write, debug and optimise software across multiple languages while reviewing AI‑generated solutions and providing detailed feedback to make coding assistants smarter and safer.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug and optimise code in various languages and frameworks.
• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or fails.
• Design challenging prompts and edge‑case scenarios to stress‑test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI‑generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently on your own schedule, fully remote.

Required profile

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
• Ability to read, write and reason about code clearly and precisely.
• Excellent problem‑solving instincts and systematic debugging approach.
• Clear written communication skills for explaining technical decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
