Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Flyesim is seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to lead its Spanish‑language presence across Latin America and Spain. Based in Argentina, you will combine social media management, video production, paid advertising and influencer collaborations to boost app installs and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Flyesim’s Spanish‑language social media channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
• Produce and professionally edit short‑form videos, crafting hooks, scripts, captions and calls‑to‑action in Spanish.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta, TikTok and Google Ads campaigns focused on app installs, acquisition and sales.
• Write SEO‑friendly travel/eSIM articles and social media copy in Spanish.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with Spanish‑speaking travel influencers and content creators, driving UGC collaborations.
• Monitor competitors, travel trends and social media trends in Spanish‑speaking markets.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI/CPA, ROAS, conversions) and produce regular reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Native or fluent Spanish with professional proficiency in English.
• Hands‑on experience creating TikTok, Reels and advertising videos.
• Proven track record running Meta Ads Manager campaigns; experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
• Experience managing influencer outreach and partnerships.
• Familiarity with Latin American digital audiences; background in travel, tourism, eSIM, telecom or mobile‑app sectors is advantageous.
