Social Media Manager – Professional Development

About the role

A client of the recruiter provides training and success programs. As Social Media Manager you will create and manage content across platforms, support marketing initiatives and work with the team on events and partner needs. The position is full-time remote, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM ET, 20 hours per week, with weekends included.

Key responsibilities

• Create weekly content for Instagram and LinkedIn, tag relevant people and pre-schedule posts 2-4 weeks in advance
• Maintain a content calendar, craft announcement posts for coaches and build the weekly newsletter
• Publish and promote podcast episodes, edit video clips, reels and longer videos, and create marketing presentations
• Create marketing call-outs, special offers and promotional content on the website and app
• Engage with partners needing marketing support and collaborate on webinars and virtual events with coaches

Required profile

• C1 or C2 English level
• Experience creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn, writing emails, using video editing tools and working with websites and apps for marketing content
• Experience collaborating with teams on events
• Preferred: experience with Monday.com, sales concepts, AI content tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and video editing
• Quick learner, reliable, detail-oriented, creative, proactive and up to date on social media trends
