Social Media Manager – Organic Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and evolve Shapermint’s organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. The role goes beyond posting – you will decode platform algorithms, spot cultural trends early, and turn those insights into engaging, shareable content that drives both community growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the organic social strategy on all major platforms.
• Identify emerging trends, hooks and formats within apparel, shapewear, beauty and lifestyle categories.
• Develop creative concepts and content series to boost engagement, saves, watch time and organic growth.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative directions and structured content tests.
• Lead the aesthetic and creative direction of Shapermint’s social channels.
• Produce detailed creative briefs with platform‑specific guidance.
• Utilise AI tools daily for trend analysis, competitor research and ideation.
• Track social KPIs, report insights and recommend optimisation.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with Influencer, Paid Media, Creative, CX and Growth teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing organic social media for consumer‑focused brands.
• Deep understanding of social platform algorithms and cultural trend cycles.
• Strong aesthetic sense combined with data‑driven performance mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate creative direction clearly.
