Social Media & Content Manager (On-site, Buenos Aires)

About the role

Menaia, a US‑focused SaaS startup serving HVAC, insulation, roofing, plumbing and other service businesses, is looking for a self‑driven Social Media & Content Manager to own its entire social presence from concept to publication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Menaia’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create platform‑specific content while keeping a consistent brand voice.
• Research competitors, customers, industry trends and translate insights into engaging posts.
• Collaborate closely with product development to plan and promote new releases.
• Write clear, natural‑English copy for the US market.
• Design visual assets and edit short‑form videos, demos and product screens.
• Leverage AI tools for image, video, research and concept generation.
• Build and maintain a content calendar, publish consistently, track performance and optimise results.
• Strengthen brand positioning, voice and long‑term storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating high‑volume, high‑quality social content.
• Ability to work independently without external designers or writers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B or startup marketing (preferred).
• Comfortable staying involved in product development cycles.

Required skills

• Graphic design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.
• Video editing software: Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects.
• AI‑generation platforms: Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Kling.
• Multi‑platform social media management and content planning.
