Key responsibilities

• Create magnetic, on‑brand content (posts, Reels, carousels, stories) that drives engagement.
• Edit event footage into short‑form videos and write authentic, personality‑driven captions.
• Plan and manage the posting calendar in coordination with designers and editors.
• Engage daily with community members, respond to DMs and comments, and nurture genuine interactions.
• Connect with creators, brands, and influencers to expand organic reach.
• Promote events, collaborations, and partnership opportunities.
• Support giveaways, influencer campaigns, and track performance metrics.
• Develop and lead the social media strategy, defining content pillars and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Creative powerhouse with proven experience in short‑form content creation.
• Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, scripting, or content production.
• Highly organized multitasker who can balance creative and operational duties.
