SMB Account Manager – Advertising Sales (Latin America)

About the role

The SMB Account Manager will join TikTok’s Small‑and‑Medium Business sales team, focusing on advertisers and agencies across Latin America. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping clients grow their marketing performance on TikTok through strategic media solutions and education.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by building and nurturing partnerships with SMB clients and agencies.
• Provide top‑tier sales and operational support, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
• Educate clients on TikTok products, updates and industry best practices.
• Develop consultative media proposals using market trends, case studies and data insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SQL knowledge (a plus).
