Site Identification Lead (Argentina)

About the role

The Site Identification Lead will act as the primary contact and team leader for the site identification process on awarded or ongoing clinical trials and feasibility projects in Argentina. You will ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliverables while collaborating closely with sponsors, project leads and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate protocol requirements to develop an ideal site profile.
• Mine databases, epidemiology resources and literature to identify optimal sites.
• Develop and execute the Site Identification plan, including checklists and feasibility workbooks.
• Negotiate and finalize supporting documents such as Confidential Disclosure Agreements, cover letters and questionnaires.
• Lead technical and operational aspects of site identification, advocating for strategic relationship sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in clinical research site identification or feasibility.
• Strong ability to collaborate with sponsors, medical monitors and clinical leads.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess protocol fit and site suitability.
• Effective communication and leadership to guide cross‑functional teams.
