Service Sales Representative – Maintenance

About the role

Otis is looking for a Service Sales Representative – Maintenance to manage, retain and develop its service client portfolio. The role focuses on building long‑term commercial relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring proper follow‑up of commercial, administrative and operational processes for each account.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned client portfolio, providing commercial, administrative, operational and collection follow‑up.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate products, services or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and presentations to develop new opportunities within accounts.
• Track opportunities, contracts and service requests using the CRM system.
• Coordinate renewals, tenders, supplier onboarding and other contract‑administration processes.
• Maintain close relationships with clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service continuity and quality.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, administration, engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management or similar positions.
• Proven ability to develop commercial relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Clear communication, customer orientation and results focus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM tools.
• Experience in contract management, tender processes or collection follow‑up.
