SEO Specialist (Search Architect)

About the role

We are looking for a “Search Architect” to lead the organic traffic engine of the Partyhat web ecosystem. This remote, high‑availability position requires a data‑driven specialist who can technically audit site architecture, build authority moats and capture high‑value search intent in a zero‑click and AI‑driven landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct continuous technical SEO audits, run site crawls, eliminate indexing roadblocks and maintain Core Web Vitals scores.
• Map and engineer high‑value, commercial‑intent keyword structures, focusing on long‑tail opportunities.
• Optimize landing pages, schema markup and content layout to win featured snippets and AI discovery placements.
• Design and scale a high‑equity backlink network to protect against algorithm volatility.
• Collaborate with engineering to build programmatic SEO systems and dynamic page frameworks for scaled long‑tail capture.
• Own visibility dashboards, track impression share, keyword positions and organic CAC to inform growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic for high‑velocity tech, digital media or consumer web platforms.
• Data‑first mindset using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
• Deep understanding of HTML, URL logic, canonical patterns, mobile‑first design and crawl‑budget efficiency.
• Ability to respond rapidly to algorithm updates, site errors and real‑time optimization needs.
