SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Operations Specialist to execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks for multiple cannabis‑focused client websites. The role works under the SEO Lead, ensuring all deliverables are implemented accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing checks and pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
• Track backlinks and maintain high quality standards.
• Produce project reports and meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.
• Ability to follow processes consistently and review work thoroughly.
• Proactive communicator who flags issues early.
• Organized self‑starter able to juggle multiple accounts.
• Preference for execution over strategy.
