SEO and Growth Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO and Growth Expert to own and accelerate organic traffic for our industrial warehouse racking solutions. This remote, full‑time position reports directly to company leadership and offers autonomy to shape strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO growth plan targeting a 30% YoY increase in U.S. organic sessions.
• Scale Local SEO across hundreds of location and service‑area pages.
• Optimize Google Merchant Center feeds, product data, and image performance.
• Improve technical SEO elements such as crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and structured data.
• Identify and create content that drives qualified B2B traffic and AI‑search referrals.
• Collaborate with developers to deploy technical improvements and monitor results using Google Search Console and analytics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on B2B SEO experience, preferably with manufacturers or industrial distributors.
• Understanding of long sales cycles and high‑consideration purchasing decisions.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of measurable organic growth.
• Proactive communication and ownership of outcomes.
