Senior Video Editor & AI Creative Producer

About the role

Lemon Adds, a performance‑marketing agency, seeks a senior creator who blends top‑tier video editing, direct‑response advertising insight, and AI production expertise. You will own projects from brief through concept, script, production, and final delivery, creating paid social ads, UGC edits, branded product videos, and organic social content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards and shot lists based on product research, customer motivations and social trends.
• Edit short‑form ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, integrating creator footage, product assets and AI‑generated scenes with strong pacing and clear calls‑to‑action.
• Create realistic AI‑generated UGC‑style videos with believable people, lip‑sync, voice direction and product interaction.
• Produce AI product videos and motion graphics, preserving product shape, scale, packaging and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with media buyers, using performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to refine creative concepts.

Required profile

• Portfolio of finished DTC ecommerce ads used in paid campaigns, preferably for multiple brands.
• Strong direct‑response instincts and ability to craft persuasive hooks, benefits, proofs and offers.
• Expert AI production skills demonstrated in commercial work, including realistic UGC‑style video and consistent character/product rendering.
• Professional written and spoken English, reliable remote collaboration and availability for US Pacific‑time working hours from LATAM.

Required skills

• Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion graphics/compositing: After Effects or comparable tools.
• AI video platforms: Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Google Veo (or similar).
• Voice & performance tools: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway Act‑Two.
• Image preparation: Photoshop, Firefly, Nano Banana (or equivalents).
