Senior Tax Specialist – Argentine Tax Advisory

About the role

Our client, a well‑established accounting and tax advisory firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Tax Specialist to join its professional team. Reporting to the Tax Director, the role offers autonomy and direct exposure to complex Argentine tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual corporate and individual income tax returns.
• Manage monthly filings such as VAT (IVA), Gross Receipts Tax (Ingresos Brutos) and withholding obligations.
• Ensure compliance with national, provincial and municipal tax regulations.
• Provide technical tax advice and handle audits or inquiries from ARCA, AGIP and ARBA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Contador Público).
• Proven experience in tax advisory or compliance, preferably in a professional services environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of Argentine tax legislation, including Ganancias, Bienes Personales, VAT and Gross Receipts Tax.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
