Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

dLocal is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers across highly technical teams. You will drive hiring quality, shape recruitment processes and leverage data‑driven and AI‑enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers from intake to offer, ensuring strong alignment and judgment.
• Own the Success Profile for each search, defining performance expectations in business terms.
• Recruit for technical areas such as Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform and related teams.
• Develop deep fluency in supported divisions to act as a credible partner, not just a process owner.
• Run structured, high‑quality interview processes with clear ownership and calibration.
• Identify funnel friction, use data and pattern recognition to diagnose bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements.
• Build better ways of working through frameworks, reusable assets and thoughtful automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for highly technical roles and teams.
• Strong judgment with a clear quality‑bar mindset.
• Curious and willing to dive deep into technical domains.
• Methodical, structured and consistent in execution.
• Excellent stakeholder partnership skills and confidence to push back when quality is at risk.
• Builder mindset: improves workflows, not just runs them.
