Senior Supply Chain Manager – Remote (US DTC Footwear)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Supply Chain Manager to own end‑to‑end supply chain execution for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer footwear brand in the United States. The role is fully remote and leverages the company’s AI‑powered command center to make real‑time inventory and purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Make final reorder decisions, including quantity, color/size mix, timing and cash phasing, using forecast tooling.
• Manage Chinese manufacturers: production schedules, pricing, quality standards, rework flows, and dual‑sourcing qualification.
• Oversee the QC system, batch pass/defect reporting, size compliance and third‑party inspections.
• Direct the China‑to‑US 3PL partner, ensuring SLAs, daily throughput, invoice accuracy, and DDP performance; keep order‑to‑delivery ≤12 days and fulfillment rate ≥98%.
• Plan and execute Amazon FBA restock, inbound shipments, cadence and stranded inventory management.
• Lead and grow the supply‑chain support team, handling packaging, inserts and consumables.
• Develop annual buffers for key events such as BFCM, Chinese New Year, freight peaks and tariff changes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of supply chain experience with full ownership of forecasting and purchasing.
• Background in fashion/apparel, preferably footwear, with deep understanding of sizing complexity.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, quality control and 3PL operations.
