Senior Software Engineer - Front End Architecture / React Native

About the role

Front is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the React Native architecture of its cross‑platform mobile client. You will be the go‑to expert for React Native on the Client Platform team, collaborating with Electron and web engineers to deliver a fast, reliable experience on Android and iOS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Front’s cross‑platform client‑side codebase using React Native.
• Improve user experience and performance of the mobile app, including native‑level optimizations.
• Expose and integrate native Android and/or iOS APIs where needed.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert across teams for Android and iOS ecosystems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to fellow engineers.
