About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a backend engineer building scalable, high‑performance systems.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, product‑focused environment.
• Comfort taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring high‑standard project completion.
• Capability to guide and unblock other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and architectural feedback.
• Experience in high‑growth startups or small teams is a plus.
