Senior SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join our fast‑growing digital marketing agency. This fully remote position serves a portfolio of US‑based clients, requiring expertise in organic search growth and a passion for AI‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and refine advanced SEO strategies across multiple client accounts (technical, on‑page, off‑page, and content).
• Lead technical SEO audits and performance diagnostics, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Conduct keyword and competitive research to uncover opportunities and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with content, development, and account teams to ensure SEO initiatives are aligned and implemented effectively.
• Monitor search algorithm updates, emerging trends, and AI innovations to proactively adapt strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content strategy, optimization, and reporting workflows.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to agency‑wide process development.
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategy updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Proven success driving organic traffic and search visibility for B2B, B2C, lead‑gen and eCommerce clients.
• Experience managing client communication and presenting strategy at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, page‑speed optimization, and site architecture.
• Fluency in keyword research, SERP analysis, and content optimization.
• Enthusiasm for AI and its impact on SEO, with hands‑on experience using AI‑driven platforms.
