Senior Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to protect our systems, data and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to embed security into development, operations and business processes while continuously improving our security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain security policies, standards and procedures.
• Tri­age cybersecurity requests, manage security ingestion queues and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Design, review and audit automation scripts and tools (Python) to streamline IAM processes.
• Define, manage and enforce access permissions based on least‑privilege and separation‑of‑duties principles.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and support internal and external audit activities.
• Monitor and analyse security metrics, identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps and other teams to integrate security into development and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS and DLP.
• Proven ability to manage projects, design workflows and update policies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+).
