Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our international ocean and air logistics services. Based in Mendoza, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding market.
• Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
• Plan commercial activities and support market analysis to guide sales strategies.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support, addressing client inquiries and issues.
• Prepare regular commercial reports and keep the company CRM up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an external Sales Executive in freight forwarding or international transport.
• Fluent in English with strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and residence in Mendoza or surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
