Senior Revenue Growth Manager – Argentina & Uruguay

About the role

The Senior Revenue Growth Manager will lead revenue growth acceleration for Coca‑Cola Latin America in Argentina and Uruguay. Reporting to the C&CL Senior Director, the role partners with local bottlers and Coca‑Cola teams to translate global strategies into actionable price, portfolio and promotion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth acceleration plans across both markets.
• Own the price agenda: define pricing strategy, monitor execution and ensure compliance.
• Lead portfolio and mix‑management strategies, from setting direction to tracking performance.
• Build promotional‑optimization capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of trade promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in revenue growth management, data analytics, pricing, business planning and project management.
• Strong relationship‑building and strategic leadership skills, able to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableau and SQL.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Kantar and Scanntech data sources.
• Excellent analytical, strategic and systematic thinking.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
