Senior Revenue Growth Manager – Argentina & Uruguay

About the role

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Manager will drive revenue growth acceleration across Argentina and Uruguay, translating global and regional guidelines into actionable local strategies. Reporting to the C&CL Senior Director, the role works closely with Coca‑Cola and bottler teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead revenue growth initiatives for both markets.
• Set and monitor overall price strategy, ensuring execution and compliance.
• Define portfolio and mix‑management strategies and track their performance.
• Build promotional‑optimization capabilities to improve the efficiency and impact of promotions.
• Translate Global/Latam RGM guidelines into concrete local actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in RGM, data analytics, pricing, business planning and project management.
• Strong relationship‑building and strategic leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
