Senior Recruiter – Property Management & Real Estate

About the role

Collective Residential is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across its portfolio of property management and real estate companies. The role combines strategic hiring, executive‑level recruiting, and proactive sourcing in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute full‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level, corporate, and executive positions, including hard‑to‑fill niche roles.
• Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and senior leadership throughout the hiring process.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.
• Build and sustain long‑term talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets.
• Own candidate tracking in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clean pipelines.
• Meet recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record recruiting for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience in property management or real estate recruiting is strongly desired.
• Demonstrated success filling executive‑level and niche positions.
• Strong advisory skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work EST hours consistently.
• High attention to detail and strong follow‑up capabilities.
