Senior Project Services Coordinator

About the role

IQVIA Laboratories is looking for a Senior Project Services Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day operational support across the full study lifecycle. You will work closely with the Project Manager and study team to ensure smooth study start‑up, execution, and close‑out while adhering to SOPs and regulatory best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with study setup and planning, attend meetings, prepare minutes, and draft protocol‑specific laboratory instructions.
• Configure protocol‑specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal support, kit shipment coordination, and daily performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve queries, protocol questions, and escalations promptly.
• Analyze status reports to identify trends and provide feedback on site performance.
• Support document quality control, contribute to monitoring plans, reports, and protocol‑specific materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and act as primary contact when the Project Manager is absent.
• Assist with project close‑out activities and help drive process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience coordinating studies in a clinical research environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and investigator portals.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
