Senior Project Manager – Social‑First Content

About the role

Oliver is looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end production of social‑first content for its global client base. You will coordinate fast‑turnaround workflows, collaborate with creators and influencers, and ensure that every piece of content is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for short‑form video, static, motion and interactive social assets, from brief intake to publishing.
• Plan and manage rapid production schedules, aligning with social media calendars and reactive cultural moments.
• Coordinate with content creators, influencer partners, talent, and internal social media managers to keep deliverables on track.
• Maintain project schedules, resource plans and budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Develop and refine production templates, workflows and toolkits that accelerate social‑speed without sacrificing quality.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring assets meet platform specifications, brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, managing scope, timeline and budget with clear accountability.
• Integrate generative AI tools into production processes where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social‑first content production in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative teams, external creators and client representatives.
