Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects remotely. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure delivery quality, and align project outcomes with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project results while providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Foster a reliable, communicative environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry background with strong understanding of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate diverse teams.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
