About the role
Fluent Trade Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead integration and implementation projects for its high‑performance FinTech platform. You will act as the primary liaison with world‑class banking and brokerage clients, ensuring successful delivery of complex trading solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage one to two major integration and implementation projects for global customers.
- Lead all customer communication, gather requirements, and coordinate delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Required profile
- 5‑6 years of proven experience managing software projects.
- Strong background in the financial industry, particularly FX, fixed income, or algorithmic trading.
- Experience communicating directly with external customers.
- Technical background, preferably as a developer or QA engineer.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Required skills
- Linux operating system knowledge.
- Log analysis.
- Regular expressions.
- Process management.
