Senior Project Manager – Client Projects

About the role

This senior project manager role leads client‑focused initiatives, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery while coordinating internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client projects, managing timelines, budgets and tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports and risk & issue logs.
• Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and ensure deliverables are met.
• Identify, escalate and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and clients to resolve roadblocks and align expectations.
• Prepare final deliverables with observations and recommendations.
• Contribute to improving project‑management processes, tools and templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, PMO or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management practices and ability to anticipate risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
