Senior Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

AIOS Medical is building the world’s first full‑stack AI doctor and is looking for a senior product designer to lead design across its clinical software and customer‑facing mobile app. This is a high‑ownership, remote role where you will own projects from problem definition to shipped solution.

Key responsibilities

• Take design ownership across products, leading projects end‑to‑end from discovery to launch.
• Design and improve customer‑facing web and mobile app experiences, with a major focus on the mobile app.
• Develop internal tools and workflows for clinical, operations, enrolment, and CX teams, emphasizing usability and efficiency.
• Navigate complex commercial and regulatory constraints while delivering usable solutions.
• Communicate design decisions clearly, defend them, and collaborate closely with engineering and CX teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web or mobile, including customer‑facing apps or internal tools.
• Robust portfolio showing real product work, problem context, constraints, and impact.
• Ability to take loosely defined problems, identify stakeholders, and drive projects to completion without constant direction.
• Strong focus on clarity and usability over superficial polish, especially within fixed requirements and technical limitations.

Required skills

• Design of web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience working with engineers to translate designs into implementable code.
• Understanding of regulated or compliance‑heavy product environments.
