Senior Operations & Strategy Manager – Airports

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional with strong operational, analytical, and strategic skills to lead our airport and venue operations across Argentina. You will drive growth, improve efficiency, and shape the experience for riders, drivers, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business needs, prioritize projects, and define strategic paths.
• Translate operational and financial metrics into actionable strategies.
• Diagnose risks and opportunities, propose practical solutions, and recommend optimal approaches.
• Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes while monitoring performance.
• Suggest product features or improvements, measure impact, and collaborate with global product teams for launches.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, building strong relationships with operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in operations, consulting, or a P&L role.
• Data‑driven decision making with the ability to see both details and the big picture.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience presenting data to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects and deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities for multi‑faceted initiatives.
