Senior Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our Global Studios team in Buenos Aires. You will lead visual direction, mentor junior talent, and drive the creation of emotive, conversion‑focused digital campaigns for top‑tier brands.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor junior designers through regular 1:1 guidance and technical coaching.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to define visual tone and motion language for major campaigns.
• Implement and standardise Generative AI tools (Weavy, Freepik, Replicate) to improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop complex component libraries in Figma and motion systems in After Effects/Jitter.
• Present creative concepts and project updates confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure flawless output by overseeing quality control of the local team’s work.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• Proven track record of mentoring or managing junior creatives.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Figma and Jitter.
• Ability to integrate AI‑driven tools into a professional creative workflow.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional feedback delivery.
• Fluent English for collaboration with the global DEPT® team.
