Senior Mobile Engineer

About the role

Cashea is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to shape and deliver mobile experiences for its fintech platform. You will work closely with product teams, turning ambiguous requirements into reliable, user‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define problems and design end‑to‑end solutions.
• Develop and maintain React Native applications for a high‑traffic fintech product.
• Own the full lifecycle of features, from concept through production and monitoring.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining ownership of problem definition.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, primarily with React Native.
• Product‑first mindset: able to question specs, identify gaps, and propose better solutions.
• Understanding of backend concepts such as REST, GraphQL, service boundaries, and asynchronous patterns.
• Experience or strong interest in fintech, including concepts like reconciliation, idempotency, and compliance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mentality that focuses on outcomes over tickets.
