Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimisation of our marketing processes and MarTech stack. This remote position reports directly to the VP of Demand Generation and will be responsible for ensuring our marketing technology, lead management and reporting are efficient and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement and maintain marketing technology tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Wrike.
• Continuously assess and improve marketing workflows, identifying automation opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lead management process, including scoring, routing, handoff and reporting.
• Support sales enablement by providing visibility into lead flow and expectations.
• Oversee marketing software licences, renewals and budget alignment.
• Analyse performance data, track key metrics and produce regular reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Pardot and Salesforce (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in technology or cybersecurity services.
• Proven track record of managing marketing technology platforms and driving process efficiency.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent project‑management, communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
