Senior Manager - Quality ISMS

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Quality and Information Security Management System (ISMS) initiatives within its Advisory Delivery Center in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on implementing and governing PwC’s Quality & ISMS Framework across advisory engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end quality management, governance and information‑security processes for advisory projects.
• Lead the adoption of PwC’s Advisory Quality & ISMS Framework, monitoring KPIs, delivery health and risk intelligence.
• Oversee governance forums, prepare and manage internal and external quality/ISMS assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Information Security standards and conduct regular process and compliance reviews.
• Lead major certifications such as CMMI Level 3, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in quality management, governance and information‑security within a professional services environment.
• Strong ability to influence, coach and develop diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Excellent judgment to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and make decisive actions.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results in advisory or risk‑compliance contexts.
