Senior Manager Digital Adoption & Enablement

About the role

The Senior Manager Digital Adoption & Enablement leads enterprise‑wide digital adoption, systems learning and workforce enablement for a global CRO, driving consistent, role‑based use of critical platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across platforms such as Medidata, Certinia, LMS, Workday, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams Rooms and Zoom.
• Manage a team of Organizational Learning Advisors, providing coaching, performance management and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain standards, templates and operating practices for systems learning, including needs analysis, curricula design, LMS publishing and release readiness.
• Oversee learning and enablement plans for system implementations, releases, new modules, new‑hire and refresher training, ensuring alignment with go‑live dates and business adoption goals.
• Create role‑based learning journeys, job aids, e‑learning, virtual sessions and performance‑support resources to drive proficiency.
• Publish a Digital Adoption & Enablement scorecard reporting adoption metrics, utilization trends and business value insights.

Required profile

• Strong people leadership with experience coaching, performance management and team development.
• Proven instructional design, facilitation and change‑management expertise in a global, matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate complex system workflows and compliance requirements into clear learning and performance‑support content.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning effectiveness, adoption outcomes and remediation needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
